🔄 Replacement Policy

✅ First Replacement:

• Completely free – no shipping or handling charges.
• Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

🔁 Second or Additional Replacements:

• ₹150 shipping fee applies (reverse pickup + forward shipping).
• Payment must be made before processing the replacement.

🔁 Returns

We offer Store Credit for all approved returns. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
  • Unworn, unused, unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

💳 Store Credit Details:

• Issued to your Zivilia account or email.
• Valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Issued excluding courier/shipping charges.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it.
• If not serviceable:
  • You must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
  • We will reimburse ₹150 after the item is received and approved.

• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items, discounted products, or items bought during offers
• Gift cards

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no extra cost.
