✅ First Replacement:
- Completely free – no shipping or handling charges.
- Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
🔁 Second or Additional Replacements:
- ₹150 shipping fee applies (reverse pickup + forward shipping).
- Payment must be made before processing the replacement.
🔁 Returns
We offer Store Credit for all approved returns. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
✅ Return Eligibility:
- Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed
- With original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.
💳 Store Credit Details:
- Issued to your Zivilia account or email.
- Valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Issued excluding courier/shipping charges.
🚚 Return Shipping:
- If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it.
- If not serviceable:
- You must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
- We will reimburse ₹150 after the item is received and approved.
